For admission to this programme, you've to give an entrance test, PGCAP. Admission will be based on the merit marks scored in that entrance test and Merit marks in graduation. The cutoff for Applied Chemistry in that exam is not yet released, but it will be posted as soon as any news is released by the authorities. Whereas the eligibility on merit based criteria is: BSc degree of this university with Chemistry/ Industrial Chemistry/ Polymer Chemistry (main) or equivalent degree with Mathematics as one of its subsidiaries with at least 50% aggregate (45% aggregate for OBC/ OEC and a mere pass for SC/ ST) or equivalent CGPA. The latest cutoff information for M.Sc in biotechnology at St.Marys College,Thrissur is depends on the applications to the college and college selection based on merit this admission criterion is above 50% in UG, and only 20 seats available in this college.
