Eligibility criteria is 60% in 10+2 with English Physics & Mathematics )+ LPUNEST. B.Tech. JEE (Mains) exam score may be considered for scholarship but you need to qualify the eligibility criteria first. Scholarships are awarded to candidates based on their performance on any of the following categories:
1.1. Scholarship: Eligibility Qualification/ Qualification previous to Eligibility Qualification: The scholarship will also be offered on the basis of Eligibility qualification. For example, on the basis of performance in 10+2 for Undergraduate Programmes LPUNEST: (LPU National Entrance & Scholarship Test)Certain National Level Tests (like JEE Main )Performance in Cultural, R&D, Co-curricular, Social Service and Bravery AwardsScholarships/ Fee Benefits for Toppers of School Education Boards
2.2. Financial Aid : Financial Aid Need Based, Financial Aid for Serving/ Retired Defence/ CAPF/ Para- Military Personnel and their Dependents, Financial Aid to Orphans, Financial Aid to Persons with Certain Disability. Electrical Engineering in LPU provides the students with the basic knowledge for Science to technology with relevant practice through lab and projects for building problem-solving skills, keeping in view industry requirements. Students will develop competence in areas like Power Systems, Control Systems, Power Electronics, etc. Industry certifications, MOOCs, Hackathons / Co-curricular Competitive events, Workshops, Guest lectures, Educational Trips, Live projects, Incubation projects, Community projects, projects with NGOs etc. are an integral part of curriculum. The students gets a hands-on experience in the practical labs Electrical And Electronics Lab, Electrical Machines Lab, Power Systems Lab etc. The programme outcome includes Engineering knowledge, Problem analysis, Design/development of solutions, Conduct investigations of complex problems, Modern tool usage, The engineer and society, Environment and sustainability, Ethics, Individual and team work, Project management and finance, Life-long learning and Competitive Skills.
