Hello Jithin Sabu, From this year onwards NTA has decided to declare results based on percentile and not on raw marks. Hence it's tough to guess colleges based on your marks. In OBC, there are two further splits- Creamy layer and Non Creamy Layer. If you fall under NCL, then you have a chance in those bottom rated NITs.
