If the course is recognised by the concerned authority, then yes. But again, you will have to check with each college individually for it as criteria for each college is different.

Kerala PSC requires only a degree approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). The type of degree (regular/part-time) doesn't matters unless its specified for a particular post by PSC. So, the courses offered by Kalasalingam Deemed University are AICTE approved, and hence a person with such a graduation can appear for PSC exam.
Good luck.

You have set your heart on a very noble subject. Unfortunately, for pursuing Ph.D. one needs a PG in the related subject. Meaning, you need to do B.A. Followed by M.A. In psychology to become eligible for Ph.D. However, based on graduation, you can think of pursuing postgraduate Diploma or certificate in child psychology. Best wishes.

Hi Nagmani,
You can definitely write SET exams of other states. These exams are for admission in the colleges present in that specific state and although have some reserved seats for the domicile, but do not prohibit the students of other states from appearing in their exams.

Please check with the Directorate of Medical Education website in Kerala. Chances may be a bit slim for government medical colleges.
