No, you can't expect IIIT or NIT at this rank but yes, you can get GFTI colleges which comes under JOSAA or else, you can go for private colleges like VIT, SRMJEEE, WBJEE or other exams.

Yes, you can easily get a campus in Kerala. According to last year's admission records, the engineering seats were vacant. So with 35000 rank, you can easily get a seat for CS.

KEAM 2018 is a state level entrance exam which is conducted by the Commissioner of Entrance Examinations (CEE), Government of Kerala. This exam is conducted in various cities of the country. Hi Meenakshi,
To get admission for UG/PG/PhD in other state universities one needs to write AIEEA Examination conducted by ICAR for selection of students under JRF/SRF. In order to get the seats in TNAU there will be University entrance conducted by TNAU for home state that's Tamil Nadu students and for other state students separately.
