Hi Arun, if you have completed your 1st year of engineering you should start the application process ASAP. Students from India cannot apply after 12th, they are required to complete 13 years education which you have met. Now, you must prepare for the IELTS. For most programs German language knowledge is a pre-requisite. Request to check DAAD website, it is the most important website for you to check when you are applying to German universities.
