Hi Rishav,
Women continue to outnumber men in Kerala with sex ratio increasing to 1,084 in 2011 from 1,058 in 2001, according to census figures.
Kerala has a total population of 3,33,87,677 with 1,60,21,290 men and 1,73,66,387 women whereas in 2001 the total head count was 3,18,41,374 with 1,54,68,614 men and 1,63,72,760 females.
There are 1,084 women for every 1,000 men, the provisional data of Census-2011 concerning Kerala, released by state Census Directorate, showed.
Though the state's total population increased, the growth rate of population is just 4.86 %, which is much lower compared to many other states.
All the best.
