No, You won't get seat at KGMC Medical College with 149 marks . But you are eligible for the admission process if your qualified in NEET exam . Qualifing marks are enough to get admission in private medical colleges through management quota

Every year, the cut off marks for the KGMU NEET exam are affected due to the following factors:The difficulty level of the exam. In case the question paper is easy then the NEET cut offs are expected to go high and vice-versa.Total number of applications received. If the total applications received are less then the cut off is expected to be relaxed. Total candidates qualifying NEET exam.
