No, it seems to be difficult at this rank. You should keep other options in hand.

Placements in KIIT are quite good. But due to saturation in market, the percentage has decreased. This scenario is not only in KIIT, but every university.

All three are good. If you want a college near you, then go for Jaypee. If you want exposure from east and central India, then go for KIIT, if you want wider exposure then go for SRM.

You may attend the counseling. The seats for that matter change every year. All I can say is you can get IT.

It depends on what college you are going for. I'll recommend Heritage. You can miss the counseling for a good college in Kolkata if it's your hometown.

As per the ranking SRM University, Chennai Campus is better than KIIT in terms of placement, infrastructure and other criteria. So go for SRM, Chennai campus. All the best.

You will get CSE in Manipal University, so better join Manipal University, because in VIT, you will get CSE core in this rank, but in the second or third category which means approximately INR 3 Lacs - INR 4 Lacs of tuition fees per year.Additional Information: Predict engineering colleges you can get on the basis of your JEE Rank: https://www.shiksha.com/b-tech/resources/jee-mains-college-predictor?utm_source=cconnect&utm_medium=CR_JEECP&utm_campaign=8321427.
