The companies which recruit the most are Deloitte, Axis Bank, ICICI Bank and Yes Bank.
The companies mainly recruit students who have taken marketing and finance.

Here at KSOM finance has a better placement than operations but your salary package depends upon your performance in the gd and pi.

The placements in finance field is good. Companies that came this year for placements in finance are AVENDUS CAPITAL, ICICI SECURITIES, ZEE ENTERTAINMENT, MAHINDRA FINANCE, KARVY FINANCE, YES BANK and ICICI BANK and there are more to come.
The highest package is 5.5 lac.

Your 10+2 marks may create a problem but your XAT percentile is good, other than that your selection totally depends upon how you have performed in your gd and pi.
