Yes, you can expect electrical engineering seat at this rank in this college. But, for that you have to wait till the call for counselling from the institute itself, once you get that you can easily get admission in this course.

Hello Souvik,
As if you are not satisfied the minimum eligibility as mentioned by the college, you can't get admission call letter from college so you must try to contact the college for a solution.
