KIITEE - Engineering Eligibility

The qualifying marks for the KIITEE are different for each stream or discipline. Candidates securing the minimum qualifying mark will be eligible for further admission. For BTech programmes of four years duration, the applicant must have passed 10+2 in 2023 or 2024 or must be appearing in the final year examination. The minimum qualifying mark for BTech admission is 60% in Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry. BTech and MTech Biotechnology's minimum qualifying mark is 60% in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology. For MTech courses, B.E or BTech or any equivalent specialisation in a relevant engineering and technology discipline with a first-class or equivalent CGPA or first-class MCA/first-class MSc are required. For more information regarding the KIITEE minimum qualifying marks, candidates can check the information brochure or visit the KIITEE 2025 eligibility criteria - https://www.shiksha.com/engineering/kiitee-exam
