Good to see that you are interested in CS ME. But Cutoff score of both branches lies somewhere near 5000. So it will be difficult for you to get admission into either of it.

Except CSE, you have Mechanical, Civil to persue. But it's basically depends on your interest. Attend the counselling.

Domicile state is not taken into consideration for admission into KIIT. If you have secured a good rank, you can take admission.
