Last year in 2017, it was close around 3450 AIR. You don't have any chance in Narsee Monji, if you want to do B.A. LL.B, try UPES Dehradun. Last date to apply is 5th June.

It is difficult to predict cut-offs of private colleges as it is based on demand and supply.
Also, the difficulty level of CLAT fluctuates every year. Considering all parameters, 87.25 seems to be a decent score and there exist high chances of you getting NMIMS. But again, time will bring certainty to every question. For any further queries, you can surf through these links:

College fee including tuition fee and all development fee etc. is Rs. 1,69,000 for the first year. Hostel fee is different for every hostel. On an average, Rs. 2,00,000 per annum is the hostel fee.

Your question is somewhat subjective in nature. Most top law firms gave a visit to NMIMS KPMSOL for placement purposes and selected the students as per their need. No one guarantees your placement but you. If you are someone any law firm is looking for, then for sure you will get placed.
