KIAMS is mainly good for marketing and finance. Placements are in second place. Dual specialization with marketing and finance is good as you can sit for both placement options.

I can tell you about BIIB, where the placements are 100%, provided you should fulfil the campus placement eligibility criteria i.e you should not have backlogs and attendance should be above 90%. College will put their best efforts to get you placed. Rest is on your caliber and your hard work. All the best for your endeavors.

Hi,
The admission at KIAMS has completed already. However, if any student steps back then the seat would be empty. Don't wait for only this option.Keep other options in hand.
All the best.

Hello Shekhar,
KIAMS is an autonomous college specifically for PGDM course. It is located in two locations Harihar, Karnataka and Pune. You will be studying in both the campuses, 25-50% of the course in either of the campuses. The college is residential and provides good infrastructure facilities. The specializations provided by college are marketing, finance, operations, HRM and strategy. Coming to placements, the average package is Rs 4.5 LPA for 2016 batch.
Thank you.

I am happy for you as you selected marketing as your major by taking Kirloskar into consideration which is a good specialization in the college. But, the college doesn't provide any courses related to health care management. The only courses provided by KIAMS are marketing, finance, operations and HR. For your second specialization, you need to choose any one of them as per your interest.

Hello Shri,
The college is good for marketing in the first spot and finance at the second spot. If you want to take HR, it's fine but the college is not best for this particular specialization. The faculty depends on the strength of students taking HR as specialization as the faculty will be of visiting faculty to the campus. Coming to placements also HR stands in the third spot out of four which is not advisable.

There are many facilities available like the infrastructure is good. Food is manageable. Immense playing area which is a refreshment to all. Gym facility is provided, though it's old. Hostel facilities are good and the most important is the visiting faculties are good enough.

You can go to any faculty if you have any doubts regarding subjects.

There are more of visiting faculties.
The location is peaceful and away from the city.

For campus placements mostly marketing companies come.
Placements are done on pool campus basis.
