(vi) It is the responsibility of every resident to collect the pay in slip from the Hostel office and clear the dues by the stipulated date. If any Hostel dues remain unpaid by the stipulated date, a late fee of Rs. 20/- per day for the first fortnight and Rs. 50/- per day for another fortnight shall be charged. If a resident fails to clear his dues within one month of the date fixed by the Warden, he will be liable to disciplinary action including cancellation of his Hostel seat.
