Yes, KL University does refund fees in some circumstances, but there are also some fees that are non-refundable: 1. Admission and processing fees: These fees are non-refundable.  2.Seat cancellation: If a seat is canceled 15 days before the last date of admission, a deduction of Rs 15,000 is made. If the seat is canceled between 15 days and the last date of admission, a deduction of Rs 25,000 is made. 3. Withdrawing or leaving the university: If a student withdraws or leaves the university in the middle of a session, all fees paid are forfeited, including the caution deposit.  4.Summer courses: If a summer course is not offered, the fees paid are refunded.
