The Karnataka Management Aptitude Test (KMAT) results are not particularly required for admission to IIHMR Bangalore's PGDM programs. It depends on the course aspirants has selected. Candidates applying for MBA or MCA programme need to have a valid KMAT score. Karnataka Management Aptitude Test or KMAT is a Home Based Online Remote Proctored Test. For all other courses, merit in the last qualifying exam is considered for admission. Aspirants are further evaluated through a personal interview round.

CMR University has certain eligibility criteria to join for MCA program.For admissions, candidates are required to have :Bachelor's Degree with aleast 50% marks (45% for SC/ST) from a recognised university. Studied Mathematics, Business Mathematics, Statistics or Computer Science at the 10+2 level or during graduation.A valid score in the Karnataka PGCET or KMAT entrance exam.
