It should depend upon your category if you are general then you have to be in range of 80 to 110 to get in top IISERs after that if you are obc then you have to be in range of 60–80 marks and in sc, st category you have to be above 40 marks. These marks may vary year by year but it will be in range of what I have mentioned. If your basics are clear then it will easy for you to score because there are basic questions asked in paper.
