No, Presidency College, Kolkata does not offer BSc or BTech courses.Presidency University is a public research university in Kolkata, India. It was founded in 1855 as Presidency College. It offers undergraduate and postgraduate courses in arts, sciences, and commerce. It does not offer engineering courses.However, Presidency University Bangalore offers BTech courses through its School of Engineering.

If you are asking for my advice I would choose UEM Jaipur but there are other factors like location like if I am a citizen of Kolkata I would rather choose BBIT Kolkata so I suggest you tell me all the factors you kept at priority for considering like fees, faculty, scholarship and all this.

Yes, you are free to select a different city for both your study location and IGNOU test location. When completing the IGNOU B.Sc in Food and Nutrition application form, you have the option of choosing an exam center in Srinagar and a study location in Kolkata.A B.Sc. in Food & Nutrition programme is not offered by IGNOU. They do, however, provide a curriculum leading to a Diploma in Nutrition and Health Education (DNHE). The DNHE programme costs Rs.3,000 in total for the whole course.
