Candidates for admission to the Ph.D. programme shall have a Master's degree in a relevant/ allied subject or a professional degree declared equivalent to the Master's degree by the corresponding statutory regulatory body with atleast 55% marks in aggregate. Sister Nivedita University has a better integrated law programme and ranks highly in Kolkata. However, I would suggest trying for NLU, Kolkata as it has better NIRF rankings in 2022.
