You will only be eligible if you get above 90% aggregate in your 12th boards and you have to clear the entrance they conduct. You will also need maths for getting into Xavier's.

Eligibility: To seek admission for this course, the candidates should fulfil the following criteria:
Successful completion of any full-time UG degree of minimum 3 years duration in any discipline from a recognized University (Approved by UGC/Any other Recognized Body), with a minimum of 50% of marks (or equivalent grade point) in the aggregate. Yes, IFCAI University is good for doing MBA through distance education and the university is not newly started it has its own fame and can get better recruitments.

It's late for government jobs. But you can do professional courses also. If you want to go into the teaching field, you can do some Diploma in teaching and teach at the primary level also or you can do short-term medical related Diploma courses. These can get you a good job.
