You can take admission in any of the UG courses offered at Calcutta University if you have cleared your 10+2 level exam or an exam considered to be equivalent by the University. For a PG course, you should possess a Bachelors degree from a recognised university or a college. For detailed information, you can also refer to this link

No, but if you want to study in any other Techno India Group college, then you can visit the main branch and have a talk with them.

Yes, but visit TIU campus once. TIU is good but Makaut cllgs are more valued. Try Msit , Netaji subhas, TICT or any other Techno India college from Makaut.
