It's 60% marks in PCB and separately 60% in honors subject. Like for chemistry honors must have 60% in chemistry and aggregate 60% in PCB. For B.sc maths as a subject in 10+2 level is mandatory.

You may get Heritage College or Techno India as your rank is less so you try for the counseling in these colleges. You can hope to get the college in the 1st or 2nd round of the counseling.

MIT-Pune is better for EEE than IEM because few of the past students do not recommend their college. Also, population in MIT is less. All you can say it is better than IEM-Kolkata. Rest if you still have a problem you can opt for college comparison.
