You have to apply first by filling up the online application form and pay the admission fees. And wait till the Merit List is published. If you find your name there then follow the instructions for admission. If you don't then wait for 2nd list (if there any).
The eligibility criteria to apply for this course is as follows:
You have to have English in your 12. And you have to have 60% in aggregate.

The admissions will start in few days.
Now, the application process is going on. The online form submission, payments, etc. It's there till 9th June then the admission test will take place. After that, the result, I mean the merit list will be released and admission procedure will start.
All the best.

I actually don't know about the college you mentioned, whether it's good for B.Sc in physics or not. But what I know is that St. Xavier's College, Kolkata is really very good for that particular course. Presently, SXCKOL is the best college rather an institute under UGC all over India with a score of 3.77 out of 4 and I am not saying this, it's according to the NAAC.
All the best.
