The University of Kota has an online application process for the MA programme. The application fee for the MA programme is INR 500. No applications will be accepted after the last date of admission as indicated in the university notification.Step 1: Visit the official website of the university.Step 2: Select 'Student Corner' and click on 'Online Admission'.Step 3: Click on 'Fill Online Admission Form' on the next page.Step 4: Enter your name, mobile number, and email address to create a login ID.Step 5: Login and complete the application form.Step 6: Upload the required documents.Step 7: Pay the application fee and submit your application.

Please note that the fee for admission application and/or processing is non-refundable. Once a student has been admitted, they can only request a refund of the fee if they fill out the Refund Request Form provided by the University within the specified time limits as follows:Time duration for submission of application for fee refundAmount of the Fee to be RefundedIf application is submitted within 15 days after taking admission of the candidate or before the closing date of admission, whichever, is earlier.70% of the tuition fee along with caution money shall be refunded of the admitted candidate subject to the condition that the seat so vacated is filled up by another candidate. If application is submitted any time in the session not covered within a point of timeOnly caution money shall be refunded. 

Kota University offers a wide range of undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral courses in various specializations. The selection process for each course varies based on either an entrance exam or merit, as per the candidate's preference. Several national and state-level exams are also taken into consideration for some courses. The application process for all courses is conducted online, and no applications will be entertained after the last date of admission as notified by the university. The selection process for candidates seeking admission to various UG, PG, and doctoral courses is based on entrance exams or merit, as per the course. Selected candidates for UG and PG courses must pay the admission fee to confirm their admission at the university.
