No, you can not join two programs at the same time in IIIT Kottayam. Because in IIIT Kottayam each course has its own labs and lectures which are designed for one student one course type. Along with these credit distribution will get difficult. And IIIT Kottayam has specific rules and regulations regarding the credit requirements and academic progress of each programme.

Fee varies from semester to semester. For all the eight semesters tuition fee is same and I will be around 105000. Hostel and mess fee starts at 45000 in the first semester and they increase about 5000 per year. Along with these there are Rs. 950 towards medical insurance, Rs. 10000 towards caution deposit, Rs. 750 towards sports fee & Rs. 750 towards mess fee. The fee is same for all students irrespective of branches. The fee details may change from time to time it is advisable to visit IIIT Kottayam website regularly.
