Hello Arpit,
Candidates who have completed a two-year pre-university course (plus two) from the Karnataka state board or its equivalent from other states/boards with 40% or equivalent CGPA are eligible for admission into this course. The candidate should have studied Biology / Chemistry as one of the subjects.
Admission will be based on the score secured in the qualifying exam and their performance in counselling.

Yes, you are eligible.
For admissions into BBA courses, students are needed to clear the 10+2 or equivalent examination from any recognized board or school. Some colleges consider the criteria of securing 50% marks in the qualifying exam. The age should be between 17 to 25 years.
