The eligibility criteria to practice law in courts after completing a distance/correspondence LLB program from Karnataka State Open University (KSOU) is the same as for any regular LLB program in India.
According to the Bar Council of India (BCI) rules, candidates who have completed a bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university with a minimum of 45% aggregate marks and have completed an LLB degree from a recognized university or institute are eligible to enroll as advocates and practice law in the courts of India.

The KSOU Mysore MBA course is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). Also, the admission is done based on merit. The university also offers various MBA specialisations which include Finance, Marketing, Human Resource, Operations, Tourism, Corporate Law, and Information Technology. Moreover, according to the KSOU Mysore apprenticeship fair 2022, the placement rate recorded was 98%. .

Eligibility for the BCA is that you should have passed class 10+2 or equivalent examination in any stream from any recognised board. The minimum age that is considered to join the BCA course is 18 years, but this is not compulsory in all colleges. There is no upper age limit for BCA Admission. The BCA eligibility varies depending upon various colleges and universities. Mainly there is no age limit for the studies you should just go for it and apply for the admission. Yes, you B.Tech degree is valid, and you can use it for filling forms and taking admission in other colleges.

Please write about the college name from where you want to pursue the LL.B. for a better response. However, if planning about distance LL.B. then it is not valid as per BCI guidelines.

Hi PRAGNA, KSOU Mysore offers over 420 courses at the UG, PG and Ph.D. levels. Programmes offered at KSOU are approved by the UGC. KSOU offers admission twice a year-first one in January and the second time in July. The University offers M.A. M.Com M.Sc. MBA M. Lib. ISC and B. LIB. ISC programmes. KSOU offers admission to all these courses on the basis of candidates' performance in the last qualifying examination.
