There are Private Centers around the country that help students fill forms and also give them classes as tuitions.
Kurukshetra University might not be having any study centre- officially granted/established there.

The Fee is INR 30,000 per year.
B.Ed from distance mode is a two year Programme.

However, you being an Elementary teacher (JBT) makes you eligible to do the B Ed. You may be one with a BA Degree, but working in a recognized school, whose experience certificate will be approved by the University DDE.
The eligibility conditions for admission to B.Ed (2-year) course through distance mode will be as under:-
(i) Bachelor's/Master's degree from a recognized University with at least 50% marks in aggregate (47.5% in case of SC/ST/Blind/Physically Handicapped candidates) or 55% marks in case of BE/B.Tech (52.25% in case of SC/ST/Blind/Physically Handicapped candidates) as per directions

For example, 29th September 2018 will be the last date without late fee.
12th March 2019 will be last date with Rs. 8,500 late fee.

Library and Information Science Courses:
1. Diploma in Library and Information Science: 1-Year
The candidate has to pass in Matriculation/Higher Secondary/10+2 examinations in five subjects with English, as one of the subjects from the Board of School Education, Haryana or any other examination recognized by this University as equivalent thereto.
2. Bachelor of Library & Information Science: 1-Year
The candidate has to pass in Bachelor's or Master's Degree exam of the Kurukshetra University or any other recognized University.
