The cut off goes high for Lady Irwin College generally. So, it will be difficult for you to get admission in this college. Although, you should apply and wait for the last cut off. You may get a seat in last round.

Eligibility for entrance mode admission:
The candidate must have completed B.Sc. (Hons) or B.Sc. in Home Science or Food Technology or Post Graduate Diploma in dietetics and Public Health Nutrition from any other recognized university with 55% aggregate. Therefore, you cannot apply.

As per your class 12th marks, it is a little bit difficult. However, don't lose hope. Participate in the counselling process and wait till the last round of the counselling. Apart from this, to be in the safer side, apply for some other colleges also.

Yes, you are eligible for it. Any student who, completed 10+2 from a recognised educational Board. Physics, Chemistry, Biology, or Mathematics as the main subjects of study at the 10+2 level. Diploma holders, who have completed a related Diploma after class X, are also eligible to apply for the course.
