The average package depends on how you crack the interview. Normally, the avg package 5.5 lacs.

As per last year's cut-off, it was 88-90. It is difficult to get admission through cap round. But you can get it through offline. That is after CAP round. Go to the college and ask for the admission as your score is close to their cut-off.

You can definitely try for the admission for MMS in LLIM. But as you had already got admission for PGDM and I guess that the lectures have already been started. So, my suggestion is to don't waste your time and continue with your PGDM course.

No, not possible at 70 percentile. Generally, the cut-off will be 90 percentile plus in Lala Lajpat Rai, you can try for other options like Anjuman Islam or Viva.
