Hi Tushar,
The fees for MMS in 2017-18 is approximately INR 210000 for the first year. However, there may be some changes as per DTE Rules and Regulations.

Admission with a set of percentage marks cannot be guaranteed. Yes, you stand a chance but then you will have to apply and see. This is because admission also depends upon many of those candidates who initially take admission but then opt out later making the seat vacant.
