There are many online sites where you can take free English speaking courses with certification after graduation from BBA. Coursera offers courses from leading universities like the University of Washington and the University of California, where you can access free content, but a certificate may require you to pay for it.

English is treated as a domain subject under CUET.English has been recognised as one among the several domains in the newly formed Common University Entrance Test (CUET).The CUET exam structure has multiple sections among which Section I has been earmarked for language tests. The candidates are provided the choice of selecting any one from the 13 languages available including English. Hence, students shall be allowed to prove their capability and competence in the language as part of the eligibility requirements for admission into the undergraduate programs of participating universities.

For admission to BA Honors English at dU (University of Delhi), you should not depend on the preparation of 4 specific subjects (like English, Chemistry, Biology and Physical Education) apart from the General Test. The admission process often requires the Common Test (CUET), which includes tests of English, Mathematics, General Knowledge and other subjects. So, if you focus only on these 4 subjects, it may not be enough for the admission process.
