BHU offers Ph.D. courses in different subjects like Bengali, English Hindi Sanskrit, Mathematics etc. To be eligible for these courses, candidates need to have scored at least 55% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in the relevant subject at postgraduate level. Bhu conducts its entrance exam I. e BHU RET to select students for their Ph.D. courses. The selection of the student is based on the merit obtained in the BHU RET.

No, St. Xavier's College, Mumbai does not offer a B.A. In English with Journalism. However, they do offer a B.A. In Mass Media with specializations in Journalism, Advertising, and Public Relations.
