Hello Pritee, yes you can apply for M.A. English course in LU. But it is always better to pursue Masters in the same branch as it gives better career opportunity.

You can definitely convert any of the North Campus colleges of Delhi University by scoring good marks in CUET entrance exam. All the colleges of North Campus have different cutoffs for different streams. You have to complete your 12th from any of the recognised board.

The eligibility criteria for NEET is provided below:
The candidate is required to pass the 10+2 examinations & must have English as one of the subject followed by Physics. Chemistry & Biology. To be eligible for NEET the student need to secure the undermentioned marks in aggregate for PCB:
your - 50%, OBC/SC/ST - 40%, PWD - 45%
So without English you aren't eligible for the NEET.
