Hello Minal Jain, yes, there are universities which allow and there are universities which don't. IGNOU allows. If you are a working professional then this distance education University us tge best. German is offered as a Discipline paper to the B.A. Programme as well as the Generic Elective paper to the B.A. Honours students in Gargi College. The cut off for these courses are not as high for other courses in Gargi College. You can also do Certificate course of one year duration. You can do B.A. Hons from English from any renowned university. You can also study abroad, for this you'll have to give SAT, IELTS or TOEFL. The test is based on English syllabus, interview and GD. This will open many opportunities to you. You have ample amount of time, just check out about these exams. All the very best!
