The cut-off for language courses except for English is generally low in Delhi University. I would recommend you to keep your hopes up as you may get admission in DU for German.

A Bachelors degree equivalent to a German Bachelors degree in relevant subjects, it could be a 4-year degree or a 3-year degree with 1-year master's degree. Valid score in GMAT/GRE/IELTS/TOEFL. Basic knowledge of German Language.

I don't think you'll be able to get admission because admission is merit-based, you can try for any other college.

No there is no feature of getting grace marks. With these marks you can get into some of the courses in DU, after 3 cutoff. But you have to hurry for the admission after the cutoff is released.
