The cut-off is based on the number of students that apply and the aggregate of students. Cut-off for BA (Hons) English is considered relatively high every year. So, I don't think that you can get admission.

Hello. The cut off is based in the number of students that apply and the aggregate of students. Cut off for B.A. (hon) English is considered relatively high every year. Now, coming to your question, by sixth cutoff last year, colleges like Deshbandhu and Motilal Nehru dropped their cutoff for English hons to 79 and 77.5 respectively for OBC category. Satyawati (evening) had its cut off at 76 for English Hons. By eighth cutoff, in Deshbandhu College it was 75% and CVS also opened its cutoff again at somewhere near to 78%. Hi,
Yes, you can apply for this college because the eligibility criteria for getting B.A. (English hons) is 50% in 10+2 and 65 percent in English.

Yes, you can get DU as you are from OBC category quota and your percentage is not bad and the cut-off for OBC category is not too high in DU.

For admission in M.A. in English, admission is done on the basis of marks scored in graduation. Minimum 40% is required to apply for this course.
I think you can not apply for this course this year, you'll have to wait for next year's admission process to start.
