Both have their own separate career scope based on language. This is completely up to you on which language you are more comfortable or on which language you can communicate better. If you are excellent in English then go for it otherwise you can choose Hindi. Both have the same scope.

Hello Natalia Dwivedi. Normally, a candidate needs to study 5-6 Subjects, 12 Compulsory and 3 Electives in 6 Semesters. Arts students have the option to choose to major and minor in English, French, any other linguistics course, Psychology, Sociology, Philosophy, History, Religious Studies and more subject areas.
