Exams that are approved and the minimal marks needed for them can differ depending on the course. International English Language Testing System, or IELTS 2. The internet-based TOEFL iBT (Test of English as a Foreign Language) 3. The Cambridge Certificate of English Proficiency (CPE) 4. The Advanced English Certificate from Cambridge (CAE) 5. The Duolingo English Test (sometimes rejected).

If you used Resnick-Halliday-Walker or Sears-Zemansky for IIT preparation, review the theoretical chapter. Otherwise, any ordinary Plus Two textbook will suffice. However, familiarity with the two masterpieces I listed earlier will benefit you once your course begins. For issues, H. C. Verma is more than adequate.
