You can get provisional admission at the university to pursue a bachelor's degree course if you meet all the admission requirements except for the English language proof. Such students will study at the university's American Language Institute until they are prepared to start the Bridge Pathway programme or fulfil the language requirements for a full-time UG course.

Yes, Ludwig Maximillian University teaches in English. The majority of the master's degree programs offered in LMU are taught in English. In addition to English-taught master's degree programs, LMU also offers several double degree programs in English, German or French at selected partner universities. However, the majority of the bachelor's degree programs are taught in German. However, international students seeking English-taught master's degrees are required to prove that they have a good command of English.
