Lateral Entry programme is an innovative programme, in which students who have completed a 3-year Diploma in Engineering or B.Sc. Degree or equivalent examination with at least 50% marks can take admission. Tech by giving an entrance examination called LEET (Lateral Entry Entrance Test). You can take admission to Polytechnic college to pursue this course. There are many Polytechnic colleges that offer 3-year Diploma courses. Hi Archana, Lateral Entry programme is being offered at universities and engineering colleges enabling students who have completed 3-year Diploma in Engineering or B.Sc. Degree or equivalent examination with at least 50% marks, and Mathematics as a compulsory subject in Class XII to get admitted in the second year directly. Hope this helps!
