Dear Mohoshin Khan, For the B.Tech (lateral) programme at LPU, you need to qualify for the LPU NEST exam with a minimum of 40% marks in the entrance exam. You should also have a minimum of 60% marks on the Diploma degree. LPU offers B.Tech (lateral) in various programmes such as CSE, EE, ECE, ME, CE, Automobile, Chemical, Aerospace, Biotechnology, etc. I recommended my cousin to do B.Tech from LPU itself. Commendable Placement: In LPU, more than 550+ national and multinational companies visit for placement. A few of them are Microsoft, Amazon, Adobe, etc. In which they are placed. The cut off for MCA would be 60% in your board exams, general or lateral the requirements will be same. All the best :). .
