Hello Pushpak Range, dte of tech education of Maharashtra website offers plenty of information on this topic. In fact when a student fills up online application form, having this information is a must. This is so since they have to enter code assigned to each college. About cutoffs and fees, there are plenty of sites on the net that will be able to give you required information. Best wishes to you.

Hello Suhail, normally speaking states restrict admissions of students from other states under lateral mode of admission. However since many private engineering colleges are established by politically connected people, state government's allow such admissions when seats are NIT getting filled up. In view of this I would advise you to keep track of this, on the website of the dte of tech education of the state where you intend to take admission. Best wishes to you.
