You have not write about the College name for which information is required. However, the Delhi Technical University eligibility criteria is given below for reference only. Eligibility criteria : The candidates seeking admission to B.Tech. Lateral Entry Programmes must have passed a three-year Diploma in any branch of Engineering awarded by any State Board of Technical Education / Diploma recognised by AICTE, Delhi with 60% marks or equivalent CGPA. Final years student who will be completing all the requirements of their qualifying examinations including back paper (s)/supplementary before the date of admission can also apply. Such candidates may be admitted provisionally but they will be required to produce the proof of having passed Diploma with required percentage of marks the latest by 30.09.2020, failing which their admission shall be canceled and fees shall be forfeited. So, Diploma final year students are also eligible for B.Tech lateral admissions.

Candidates who have passed their Undergraduate degree with 50 % aggregate marks from any recognized University in India or abroad recognized by UGC / AIU are eligible to apply.
Candidates writing their final examination in March-May 2020 are also eligible to apply (Applicants who are in the final year of their studies should have secured 50% or above aggregate in all the Semesters / Years of Undergraduate Examinations conducted so far).
Applicants from non-Computer Science should have studied any of the following subjects at the Pre- University or Degree level Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Mathematics or Electronics.
The selection process comprises the Skill assessment, PI and Past academic performance. So from above, you are writing the final exams of your B.Sc course hence you are eligible for this program.
