Bharat University is a good college for Mechanical Engineering branch and yes placements in this college are quite good. Around 75% of the students get placed. You need to have completed your Diploma (3 years) in B.Tech, then you will need to prepare and clear state level entrance exam for lateral entry in B.Tech.Depending upon your marks and percentile you will be eligible for admission into any state level college, the admission process is different for each college but you will get admission easily

Yes, Delhi Technological University (DTU) offers admission to B.Sc Automotive Engineering course through lateral entry. The lateral entry system allows students who have completed their undergraduate courses to be admitted to the second year of B.Tech courses. A degree from a recognized university with a major in window treatment, consulting and data analysis (such as Automotive Engineering). United University offers lateral entry admission to the BPharma course in the second year of the course.  the qualification required for United University BPharma lateral entry course is as follows:To secure admission candidate should be an Indian NationalCandidates must have passed Diploma Course in Pharmacy with at least 45 % from an All India Council for Technical Education or Pharmacy Council of India or Central or State Government approved Institution or its equivalent.Any other criterion declared from time to time by the appropriate authority as defined under the Act.

In Karnataka, CET certificate students can pursue B.Tech through external admission process to join second year engineering courses. Due to changes in AICTE rules, students will be able to opt for any engineering stream from 2022-23 academic year, irrespective of their specific certification. Admission is based on Diploma CET (DCET) exam, where currently only 100 marks are considered in Science and Mathematics. The ranking is a combination of 50% DCET score and 50% Diploma score. Candidates must pass Diploma in Pharmacy with at least 60% aggregate from an institution approved by Pharmacy Council of India to apply for BPharm LEET course.
