It is an undergraduate degree with a course duration of 4 years. This is considered to be a skill-oriented course. The B.Tech curriculum makes provisions for the system of lateral entry wherein an aspirant who has pursued a Diploma Course can join the B.Tech programme in the second year and can continue henceforth.

For Degree course, you have be 10+2. So, I do not see any chance for fresh admission. In designing (skill based courses) Lateral entry not possible.
But, there are Diploma courses and Short term courses which accepts students who have not completed class 12th.
