COEP is perhaps one of the best engineering colleges from the government site in the state of Maharashtra, accepts students for normal first year via MHT CET and also accepts students for lateral admissions after Diploma directly into the second year. You will need to visit the webpage of the Directorate of technical education of the Maharashtra government for a link through which you have to register yourself for lateral admission. In the state of Maharashtra there is no examination and admissions are based on the marks scored in the Diploma exam. Best wishes to you for your admission in COEP.

Hello Ashish Kumar, It's nice to hear from you that you are interested in doing your graduation in engineering after completion of the Diploma. In many states admissions are based on the marks obtained in Diploma exam while in others an exam is conducted. You need to check from your state's dte of tech education website the procedure adopted by the state. Best wishes to you.
