It's very heartening to know that you are interested in seeking admission directly into the second year of engineering via lateral mode after completion of your Diploma in electrical engineering. Here I will like to state that some of the states accept students based on their marks in Diploma while some States conduct an entrance exam for Diploma holders. Neither the webpage nor any information gives an indication that for lateral admission a prospective student has to appear for AUEET. On the other hand, the webpage clearly mentions that those who are seeking admission for the first year of four-year degree course have to appear for this entrance examination. This is a private university established in the year 2010 and trying to bring out its academic levels on par with the best in the field. The university grants scholarships to a certain extent. I am attaching a link that will give you all the relevant information regarding the admission process.
